Refund Policy

PCS TechServ believes in a transparent relationship with our customers. We provide unlimited software support during the subscription period which is 24*7.

Case 1 #   For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if PCS Tech serv has not been able to resolve the issue for the customer within the first 15 days of the subscription.

Case 2 #   If there are one or more resolved issues, the Subscription fees for the service will not be full refundable. There would be 1 time Fix Charges.


PCS is an independent technical support provider for third party products, brands and services. We provide services through our trained specialists who are certified by leading technologies like Microsoft, ITIL, CSM etc. The trademarks, brandnames, other company names and logos are only used for furnishing information, hereby, disclaims any association, affiliation direct or indirect in any form of any such brand, logo, products or service.
